Leftover Pork Stir Fry with Ramen

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Canola oil2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp gingerroot, minced1 c sliced mushrooms1 bag fresh stirfry vegetables6 oz leftover pork2 pkg ramen noodles
Directions
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in large skillet or wok. Add garlic and ginger until pungant. Add mushrooms, them egetables, stirfry until tender-crisp. Add meat to heat through.

Prepare 2 pkgs ramen noodles per directions. I use only 1 packet of seasoning.

Serve pork/veggetable mix over noodles. Suse soy sauce as desired.
