Shrimp Potatoes

Ingredients
Small Shrimp (100ct bag)Low fat Cheddar shreddedLight Sour CreamGarlicPepperBaking PotatoesButter or Butter substitue
Directions
Bake Potatoes for 1 hour at 350. Remove from oven, with a spoon scoop out insides in to bowl, leaving skin intact. Mashed in bowl with spices, butter, sour cream and half the cheese. Stir in thawed shrimp. Scoop filling back into hollow skins. Top with remaining cheese. Put back in oven for 10 minutes or so to warm and melt cheese.

Serving Size:  Makes 2 potatoes or 4 halves
