Turkey Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey 93/71 medium onion (chopped)1 bunch of fresh cilantro(chopped fine)1 Green Bell Pepper(chopped)1 30oz can of Chil Beans(in gravy)1 15oz can of Pinto Beans1 15oz can of Black Beans(drained)1 14.5 oz can of Tomatoes(peeled & Diced no salt added)1 package of Krogers Taco Seasoning(reduced sodium)10 to 14 Tortilla chips crushed(optional)2 Tablespoons of non fat sour cream (optional)2 Tablespoons of fresh salsa (optional)1/8 of a cup grated low fat chedder & pepperjack cheese(optional)
Directions
Heat 8 quart soup pan to medium heat. Add ground turkey, onion and bell pepper saute till ground turkey onions and bell pepper are done.Drain any fat if needed. Add chili beans, pinto beans, tomatoes (with juice) and black beans(drained) to soup. Add cilantro and taco seasoning stir until everything is mixed. Turn down heat and simmer for 5 to 10 mins. In your bowl crush 10 to 14 tortilla chips(optional) pour soup over the top. Add a pinch of cheese, salsa, & non fat sour cream. Ready to serve
