No Bake Super Quick Full bars

Ingredients
12 jumbo marshmallows3 TBS Brummel and Brown or other red. calorie butter spread1 C nf dry milk3 C puffed wheat cerealNon Fat cooking spray( for your pan, your mixing sppon/spatula, and hands as you push it into the pan)**** feel free to add any thing else to flavor / bulk up fiber and protien-to your liking just be sure to add in the calories for your extra ingredients and divide by 8 servingsex: chocolate with oats ,fiber one/granola/Kashi/GrapeNuts, chocolate cinnamon coconut, cranberry cashew almond with soy protien or hemp protien powder, chocolate chip, ginger molasses ( add a splash of vanilla here for a more liquid medium)
Directions
1.) Get out all the ingrediant and have them ready( you have to work quickly)
2.) Foil Line and spray an 8X12 pan ( I use a a sheet cake pan)
3.) In a HUGE bowl( the marshmallows grown when heated-this is to prevent a mess) put brummel and brown and marshmallows and heat in to micorwave 2 mintes( or until marshmallows are melted)
4.) Add powdered milk and cereal to the hot marshmallow mix ( along with any of your add-ins) and stir with a sprayed spatula or spoon.
5.) Scrape mix into the sprayed pan and pack with clean hands sprayed with cooking spray ( I pack the mix as an 8X12 lengthat 3/4 -1 inch thickness)
6.) Put in fridge or freezer to set mix at least 30 minutes before serving
7.) cut into 8 equal size rectangles and store in air tight container in the fridge. for 2 weeks, freezer- 6 weeks or room temp for 2 days.

    gonna try your way next time...1st I thought the marshmellow way would be too fattening but after I tried the other fake full bar recipes I was shocked howmany calories brown rice syrup was! sounds like a great idea! But, I will put nuts & potato flakes which I think is what swells in your stomach - 6/25/13
