Spicy black beans and tomatoes

Ingredients
1 small onion, chopped1 clove garlic, chopped1 TBSP olive oil1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles1 can black beans, rinsed and draineddash of cayenne pepper or hot sauce
Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat saute onion and garlic until onion is translucent. Add tomatoes, black beans, and cayenne pepper. Stir and heat through (about 10 minutes). Serve over rice.
