Ground Beef Barley Soup

Ingredients
1/2 lb lean ground beef6 c. Beef Broth2 c. sliced celery2 c. sliced mushrooms1 c. sliced carrots1 c. chopped onion1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, ground2 clove garlic, minced6 oz can of tomato paste2/3 c. quick cooking barleydash pepper
Directions
Cook meat with onion and garlic, then add all remaining ingredients, except quick cooking barley, and boil a few minutes. Then simmer 1 hour .

Add barley and simmer about 10 min more til barley is done.
