Ingredients
1 lb ground chuck.5 lb ground pork8 oz grated cheese6 large eggs6 oz whole milk4-5 garlic cloves, roasted1.5 cups bread crumbs (more if needed)2 oz fresh basil, finely chopped2 oz fresh parsley, finely chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Loosely roll golf ball sized meatballs and place on a cookie sheet
Cook for 35-40 minutes

Serving Size: Makes approx 50 golf-ball sized meatballs
