1 can salmon1 egg, beaten2 tbsp finely minced onion1 tsp dried dill (or 1 tbsp fresh dill)1/2 tsp dijon mustard1/4 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp black pepper1-2 tbsp coconut oil or ghee
Heat a small frypan to medium high heat. Add the oil or ghee. Combine all remaining ingredients. Form 2 patties. Fry on each side until golden brown.
Served over creamed spinach if desired.
