Lisa's Oatmeal bars, no added sugar, high protein

Ingredients
3 1/2 c. old fasioned oats1/2 c. powdered milk1 c. eat beaters1 1/2 c. grated zuccini (1 small)1/2 c. sugar free syrup2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips1/4 c. chopped pecans2 scoops (66 grams) whey protein (optional)1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Pour in a 9 x 12 pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Probably best to refridgerate or freeze to store.
