Brown Sugar Salmon

Ingredients
Salmon (1 filet)Lemon (or lime) juice (approx 1 oz, enough to cover filet)Soy Sauce (approx 1 tbsp)Brown sugar (2 tsp)Garlic (one clove)Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Add lemon juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic (minced), salt and pepper to a zip lock bag with salmon. Let marinate 30-60 min.
Bake in oven @ 425 F for 20-25 min.
It's also great steamed!
