Broccoli Dijon

Ingredients
1 full head of broccoli1 TBS butter1TBS brown sugar1TBS dijon mustard or Honey Baked Ham brand champagne mustard
Directions
Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces. Quick-steam brocolli, until bright green, yet still somewhat firm (3-5 minutes). While broccoli is steaming, mix remaining ingredients together, and microwave until melted - usually less than a minute. When broccoli is done, pour sauce over. Simple, elegant, delicious, quick, and good for you! What more could you want? I used this recipe to get everyone else in the house to eat more veggies.
