jessy's beef stew

Ingredients
* Beef brisket, 600 grams cut up in strips * Onions, raw, 80 grams = 0.5 medium, chopped finely * *Beef Bouillon, Maggi 1 tablet serving size, 6 grams 1 tbsp flour1 tbsp olive oilspices, oregano, salt & pepper to taste & garlic powder (a dash)
Directions
using a cooking spray or the olive oil, sautee onions till golden brown. sautee meat add spices + maggi + salt + pepper + garlic powder + water & cover to cook. Add mushrooms till browned up. Simmer till meat cooks thru. Add flour to thicken the stew in the end. Makes 4 generous servings. Serve with rice. A serving = 1 ladle full
