Potato Soup

Ingredients
6 potatoes2 leeks (these look like large scallions)2 onions1 carrot1 stalk celery4 c. water1 1/2 tsp. salt4 vegetable bouillon cubes (dissolve into water so there are no bouillon chunks)1 can cream of mushroom soup1 can cream of celery soup1 tbsp. parsley flakes 2 tbsp. butter13 oz. can evaporated milkChopped chives
Directions
Cut all to bite-size. Put all ingredients except milk and chives, in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Stir in evaporated milk during the last hour. Serve with chopped chives.
