My Chicken and Yellow Rice

Ingredients
10 chicken thighs1 Qt. chicken broth (plus water)2 (10 oz) pkgs. vigo yellow rice2 T. olive oil
Directions
cut chicken thighs into 1 in. chunks. Brown in olive oil in bottom of dutch oven. Add chicken broth plus enough water to cook rice. Follow rice recipe for cooking instruction.
