Slow cooker chicken chili

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 small, choppedGarlic, 3 cloves, mincedGreen Chili Pepper, 1 split lengthwiseRed Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium, choppedCanned Whole Tomatoes, 1 canMushrooms, fresh, 3 large, choppedZucchini, 1 small, choppedSpinach, fresh, 1/3 of a bunch, stems removedExtra lean ground chicken, 450gBeans, red kidney, 110 grams Cooked or drained & rinsed from canBeans, navy, 100 grams Cooked or drained & rinsed from canSalt, 1 tspGround Cumin, 1 tspFresh Basil, 5 leaves, shreddedPepper, black, 1 tspOregano, dried 1 tbspParsley, dried, 1 tbspCampbell's low sodium chicken broth, 1/2 cupDiana Sauce Gourmet Rib & Chicken BBQ Sauce, 1 tbsp (or other BBQ sauce)Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbspPeppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium chopped
Directions
Except for the chopped sweet red pepper, throw all other ingredients into a slow cooker and combine. Turn slow cooker on low and allow to cook for 6-8 hours.
When finished, sprinkle on the raw chopped red pepper and serve on rice, with pasta or with toasted bread or bun.
