Japanese-Style Dressing

Ingredients
Garlic, 1 clove Scallions, raw, 1 large Ginger Root, 4 tsp Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long) Mustard, groundRice Vinegar, 4 tbsp Oil, .5 cup Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 2 1tsp
Directions
Makes about 200 ml. (=aprox 13-14 servings of 1 T.)

Mince the garlic and scallions.
Grate the ginger and carrot.
Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.

It's wonderful on cold cooked spinach, but can also go on shredded cabbage or other vegetables.
