Salmon Patty

Ingredients
2.7 ounces Chicken of the Sea Boneless, Skinless Pink Salmon1 Tablespoon Egg Beaters2 Tablespoons Panko Bread CrumbsSeason to taste: can add onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, hot sauce, etc. anything you want.Pam non-stick cooking spray
Directions
Drain salmon and place in a small bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Refrigerate 1/2 hour.

Mold into patty form.

Spray skillet with Pam non-stick spray.

Over medium heat, cook salmon flipping halfway through cook time. Remove when lightly brown.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Patty
