Blueberry muffins

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour1/2 cup sugar1 Tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp saltgrated lemon peel1 cup milk1/2 cup butter, melted or veg oil1 egg, beaten
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Add the dry to the wet and mix gently until moistened. Stir in 1 cup of blueberries or saskatoon berries. Pour into prepared muffin tins (lined or greased).
Bake at 400' for 20-25 minutes.
