.5 cup Romaine Lettuce shredded .5 cup Lettuce, red leaf .5 cup Bib Lettuce, shredded or chopped 1 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, chopped or sliced .5 Cucumber (with peel), sliced.25 cup Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced.25 cup Celery, raw, diced 2 tblsp. Newman's Own Lighten Up Light Italian Dressing,
Slice or chop lettuce greens, then mix in well, the dressing to coat.
Slice or chop veggies, toss into the coated salad greens.
