GF protein pancakes w/pamela's pancake mix

2 cups gf pancake mix14 tbs. soy protein powder2 eggs2 tbs oil1/2 cup walnuts chopped2.5 cups water
Directions
mix all ingredients together. Spray skillet with cooking spray.
use 1/4 cup to measure each pancake. cook until golden brown.
