Healty palak paneer

Ingredients
paalak or spinach 1 kgpaneer homemade or store brought 300 gm cut in 2 inch thick chunksgreen chillies 4-5salt to tasteturmeric half tspGaram masala half tsphing a pinchwater as per liking, I prefer the thick consistency.
Directions
Blanch spinach in water and run under cold water to retain green colour.
Puree in mixer with enough water and green chillies.
heat oil in pan. Add pinch of hing , turmeric powder and half tsp garam masala.
To the oil add paneer chunks and saute for a min. Add spinach puree.
Simmer for 5 mins.
Delicious paalak paneer is ready.
For serving kids add whipped cream as garnish and if desired cut down on chillies.
