Ingredients
2 cans (15 oz each) Black Beans (Un-drained)2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) Fire-Roasted Diced Tomatoes1 Large Red Onions (Finely Chopped)1 MED Green Pepper (Finely Chopped)2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)2 LBS Xtra Lean Ground Beef1 TBSP Ground Cumin1 TBSP Ground Oregano1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Pepper1 7 oz. can Chipolte Peppers in Adobo Sauce (Finely Chop Peppers before adding)
Directions
1. Chop everything.
2. Put it in the Slow Cooker for 7 - 9 hours.
3. Serve.
