Eggs N Oats Bars

Ingredients
1.5 cup of oats4 egg whites2 whole eggs.5 cup mashed banana1 tsp of vanilla1 tsp cinnamon1/4 cup of milk (skim, almond, or soy)1/4 cup of ground flax seeds1 tsp baking powder
Directions
Bake at 400 for 20 mins
Coat 9x9 square pan with cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients together and pour in coated pan.
Makes 6 bars.
