Cold Asian Pasta Salad

Ingredients
3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted2 tablespoons lower-sodium soy sauce1 tablespoon rice vinegar1 tablespoon honey1 tablespoon hot water1 teaspoon crushed red pepper2 teaspoons dark sesame oil1/4 teaspoon salt4 cups thinly sliced seeded cucumber (I use english, with peel for added nutrition)1 cup thinly sliced green onions12 oz cooked cocktail shrimp. Tails removed1 (9-ounce) package fresh linguine
Directions
Combine first 11 ingredients in a large bowl. Cut spaghetti into thirds; cook according to directions. Drain; rinse with cold water. Toss pasta with cucumber mixture.
