Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
1. Take one cucumber, peeled and sliced. 2. Add organic apple vinegar (one half cup) 3. Then chop one dill sprig and mix all together in a bowl. Sometimes I add pepper for taste. Let it chill in the Fridge for an hour then serve, light, fresh and fun.~m
Directions
None just let sit in fridge for 30 min or so.
