Baked French Toast

Ingredients
1 loaf Challa bread8 large eggs3 cups plain or vanilla low fat yogurt2 tablespoons maple syrup1 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Cut bread into 1-inch cubes. Beat eggs in a bowl, add yogurt, syrup, salt and cinnamon. Mix well, then add bread cubes to coat. Place into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden. Top with yogurt or syrup and serve.
