Paleo Nutty Cookie

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)*Coconut flour, 1/3cup (remove)Almond Butter,3/4cup (remove)Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp (remove)*Chopped Walnut, 1/3 cup (remove)Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb (remove)*Coconut Milk, 1/3 cup (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Mash bananas in large bowl. Add coconut flour,almond butter & baking soda. Mix Well. Finely dice walnut & apple using chopper or food processor. Add to mix. Stir in coconut milk & cinnamon. Combine well. Drop on parchment lined cookie sheets by 1T rounded. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool on cookie rack.
