Chicken and vegetable Stir fry

Ingredients
chicken breast, boneless, small cubes 0.75 lbsFrozen veggies 1 bag (10 oz)olive oil 1 tbspGarlic crushed, 1 cloveGinger ground, 1 tbspVinegar, rice or balsamic 1 tbspsalt and pepper flakes to taste
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large frying pan.
2. When oil is hot add chicken, garlic and ginger stirring quickly on high heat, till slightly brown.
3 Add Frozen vegetables and vinegar cover and cook on high heat for a couple of minutes then lower hear and cook an additional few minutes till the vegetables are tender crisp.
4. Add pepper flakes and salt to taste and stir quickly till all all liquid is dried up.
5. Serve warm.
Makes 3 2 cup servings, refrigerate extra servings and enjoy later
