Spinache Pie

Ingredients
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed & drained)1 c FF cheddar cheese shredded 1 c FF cottage cheese 2 garlic cloves3 eggs ½ tsp salt¼ tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350
Mix all ingredients.
Spray pie dish with Pam
Pout mixture in dish
Bake 45 minutes.

    This was very good! I was pleasantly surprised as I have never used cottage cheese in cooking before...only ate it cold. Was a great change for breakfast. - 7/19/09
