Endive, Broccoli, Onion Casserole

Ingredients
Endive, 4 head Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup Campbell’s Healthy Request Condensed Soup, 2.5 serving Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Garlic, 3 tsp Salt, 1 dash vegetable seasoning without salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Chop veggies

Mix them with garlic and soup in a mixing bowl to make sure everything is evenly coated. Mix in seasonings.

Place in casserole dish, I prefer Pyrex. Top with 8oz of cheese. Place in oven and bake for 30 mins.
