Sugar Free Lemon Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients
1 box lemon (or other flavor) Jell-O gelatin (smaller, 4-serving box)8 oz. package fat free cream cheese12 oz. can fat free evaporated milk1/2 cup boiling water
Directions
Stir the Jell-O into the boiling water until dissolved. Beat cream cheese in a bowl until smooth, then drizzle gelatin a little at a time while beating to incorporate into the cream cheese. Add milk slowly while beating. Mixture will be thin and frothy. Pour into 6 ramekins, wrap with plastic and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
