anna's apple and onion stuffed pork loin

Ingredients
* Pork Tenderloin, 16 oz (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 large (remove) * Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 1 serving (remove) * Bacon, 3 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove) * Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * Sage, ground, .5 tsp (remove) * Pineapple Juice, 6.1 fl oz (remove)
Directions
cook bacon and onions, add thyme and sage. remove to bowl, mix with apples and 2 tbsp onion juice. brown pork tenderloin. stuff and put in oven at 350 for 30 minutes. deglaze skillet w / pineapple juice, then add leftover apple mixture. add lemon zest and serve over cooked tenderloin.

Serving Size: 3 hunks of meat w / 1/2 cup sauce each
