"ABC" Smoothie

Ingredients
One apple, coredOne banana, peeledOne carrot, washed1/2 cup any fruit juice or sweet liquid (use orange juice, pineapple juice, leftover juice from fruit cocktail...)
Directions
Remove core from apple, peel banana, wash carrot. Chop or break into pieces and put in blender with 1/2 cup any fruit juice. Blend until there are no big pieces. Add some ice cubes if you want it to be nice and cold. If you're going to refrigerate it, give it a squeeze of lemon to prevent the carrot from changing to a darker color.
