BLT Dip

1 cup light sour cream1 cup light mayonnaise1 package turkey bacon (about 14 slices)1 cup shredded lettuce1 cup diced tomatoes1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddarsea salt bagel crips or other cracker to dip
Mix sour cream and mayo together. Cook up the bacon. After bacon is cooked, take half and crumble into the sour cream mixture. Reserve other half for later. Mix in bacon. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Crumble remaining bacon on top.

I made this for a party last night. I thought it was pretty good....not fantastic because the turkey bacon is a little chewy.....but nobody at the party ate it...I was surprised and disappointed. Someone said it was better with a tortilla chip than a cracker (used reduced fat club crackers) - 6/7/09

Made this for a Football watching Party and noticed no one was eating it. I asked why and they said they thought it was a salad. I folded the veggies an cheese in and they ate they whole bowl. I used regular bacon, but nuked it in Microwave before cooking to get rid of some of the grease. - 12/15/13
