Turkey Zucchini Lasagna

Ingredients
if you prefer use a can of pasta sauce instead of the can of diced tomatoes
Directions
slice the zucchini with the mandoline; put a tsp of olive oil in the bottom of a 9×13 baking pan. Beat the cream cheese with the egg, and set aside. Put a layer of zucchini, then the cream cheese mix, then the tomatoes, half of the feta cheese and 3 slices of turkey. Repeat, but crown with the parmesan. Bake at 400F for about 45 min. Let stand for 10 min. Cut, serve and enjoy!
