Banana Pumpkin Coconut Cookies

2 medium bananas, mashed1c. organic pumpkin1.5c Almond Butter- creamy 1c. coconut milk2/3c. coconut flour1t. baking soda2t. cinnamon1t. vanilla1/2t. salt3/4c. unsweetened coconut flakes.Combine all ingredients well. Drop by scoop on parchment lined cookie sheet. Drop tray a few times to flatten cookies out a bit. . I used 3T scoop from Pampered Chef ( large scoop).
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool for 3 minutes on tray then transfer to cooling rack.
