4 - 3oz fish fillets4 - Lemons, sliced1 - 16 oz Fat Free Sour Cream
put line layer of sour cream in bottom of pan, layer with 2 lemons, sliced. layer fish, layer last of sour cream, layer with last of lemons. Season with favor fish seasoning. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 25 mins. or until fish done. Weight Watcher point value of 3 per serving.

This was good, but I didn't season the fish enough and it was a little bland. Some cayenne pepper and paprika would have added a LOT of flavor. Otherwise, it was simple, quick, and delicious. I served it with couscous and sauteed zucchini and portabello mushrooms w/ a little parmesan cheese. - 2/18/08
