Ingredients
1 pkg Knorr Leek recipe mix4 c. Chicken Broth1/4 c. dry White Wine1.5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed1/2 c. half and half
Directions
Combine leek recipe mix, chicken broth, wine and potatoes in a stockpot. Cover and bring to a boil. simmer covered until potates are tender. Process in food processore. Stir in cream just before serving.
