Ingredients
I chicken Breast2 Large yellow onions sliced1 cup sliced mushrooms1/2 cup diced carrots3 garlic cloves3 TBSP Olive OilSalt to taste
Directions
Cut raw chicken in small slices and set aside. In a large skillet add olive oil to skillet and heat. Once heated add chicken and cook chicken. Once cooked add onions, garlic, carrots, mushrooms and salt (opt). Mix all together. Cover and simmer the mix, stirring occasionally until onions are transparent.

Serve over rice.
