not your traditional Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 medium onion (sliced)1/2 cup green bell pepper2 tbsp cilantro ( I measure this by hand- just rip off a small handful?)3 tbsp minced garlic1 - 20 oz package of Jennie-O- ground turkey meat1 large egg1 cup of grated Parmesan cheeseSeason with homemade taco seasoning (cumin, chili powder, garlic salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

In a food processor blend onion. bell pepper, cilantro, and garlic. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and combine with turkey and egg and seasoning. Slowly add the Parmesan cheese. This will absorb the moister.

Put mixture into loaf dish or into cupcake containers.

Bake on 350 for 30-50 minutes. I didn't watch the clock sorry, I just checked it until the meat pulled away from the sides of the dish.

It may be a little juicy. I drained some of the juices when I pulled it out of the oven.
