Hash Brown pattie

Ingredients
2 eggs1 1/2 cup of giant eagle hash brown1 cup of birds eye broccoli stir fry1 small onion diced1/4 cup of cheddar cheese4 slices of giant eagle bacon1/4 cup of milk
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375F

1. Cook the bacon. Then dice and put aside.

2. mix the hash browns, onions and vegetables and cook for 8-10 mins til hash brown is golden

3. Mix the eggs, milk, and add the cooked bacon.

4. Add the egg mixture to the pan and top with cheese. Let it cook for 2 mins

5. Put the pan in the oven and let it cook for 5-10 or until the cheese it melted and egg is cooked.
