Ingredients
All Whites Liquid Egg WhitesFrozen Chopped SpinachFrozen Chopped Bell PeppersFrozen Chopped Onion1% MilkSea SaltFat-free Swiss Cheese SingleFat-free Mozzarella Cheese ShreddedOlive Oil Cooking Spray
Directions
Spray non-stick skillet with olive oil cooking spray. Saute frozen vegetables to thaw and remove excess water. Salt spinach. Stir milk into egg whites, then stir in veggies. Spray skillet again. Heat skillet on medium. Pour in egg mixture. Cover & reduce heat. After it sets up, cut into fourths and turn. Add fat-free swiss slices and mozzarella shreds. Cover & finish cooking while melting cheeses. Serve with toasted thin bun or your favorite light whole grain bread.
