Ingredients
* Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) * Apples, fresh, 1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp * Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp * Rice brown medium grain cooked, 225 grams * Egg, fresh, 2 large **Flour Plain Doves Gluten & Wheat Free, 115 grams * Raisins, 55 raisins * Walnuts, 55 grams * Pumpkin Seeds, 25 grams
Directions

Serving Size: makes 16 sections (pieces)

Grate the carrot and apple, then mix with water (90ml), spices, rice, eggs into a paste (as much as you can).
Add the flour, mix thoroughly and add the raisins and nuts.
Place flat onto a tin covered with greased baking paper. Use a knife to mark 16 sections. Place in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
