Cranberry Chicken Salad sandwiches

Ingredients
2 Cups Chicken Breast cubed6 Tbsp Light Mayonaisse1/4 cup Celery chopped1/2 cup Dried Cranberries/Craisins1/4 cup Onion chopped1/2 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Pepper8 dinner rolls
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the chicken, Miracle Whip Light, cranberries, onion, celery, salt and pepper.

Cut tops off rolls; hollow out each roll, leaving a 1/2-in. shell.

Fill with chicken salad. Replace tops.

Yield: 4 servings.
