3/4 cup water1/4 cup old fashioned oatspinch of cinnamonpinch of nutmeg1/8 cup canned pumpkin1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (mixed with 3 tbsp water)
In small pot, bring 3/4 cup water to boil. Add oats, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in pumpkin. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine 3 tbsp water and protein powder. Pour over oats and enjoy!!

Thank you! Delicious! I mixed the spices in the pumpkin (using about half the portion, which I found to be just perfect) and warmed it up before adding to the oatmeal (cooked with raisins)...a sprinkle of raw brown sugar (I like the crunch) and a splash of milk which made it very creamy! Thanks for the comment! And you are absolutely right about the amount of pumpkin. I went in and edited the amount to show 1/8 cup instead of 1/4. I over "guess-timated" :)
