Vegan Irish Stew

Ingredients
1 small head of green cabbage2 medium potatoes (I like yukon gold)3 small carrots2 medium onions3 stalks of celery4 cloves of garlic2 tbsp pickling spice, no salt
Directions
Roughly chop all ingredients and place in a crockpot with 2 tablespoons of pickling spice tied in a piece of cheesecloth. Boil all day or until you're hungry, but for at least an hour. Add dried split peas for even more nutritional value.
