Whole Wheat, Low Sugar Oatmeal Walnut Cookies

Ingredients
Flour, whole grain, 1.5 cup*Quaker Quick minute Oatmeal plain w/water, 3 cup Sucralose (like Splenda), 36 tspRice flour, brown, .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cupButter, salted, (SOFTENED) .33 cup *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Brown Rice Syrup, 2 tspEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cupEgg, fresh, 1 large Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tspSalt, 1 tspWalnuts, .5 cup, chopped
Directions
Mix Liquid ingredient together. Mix Dry ingredients together. Stir dry ingredients slowly into liquid.

Place round balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7-9 minutes or until bottom is golden brown. Do not overcook (I hate overcooked cookies).
