Ingredients
1 C Carrots, raw chopped .5 C Celery, raw diced .5 C Onions, raw, chopped 8 Oz Chicken Breast, no skin 1Chicken Thigh, thigh, bone & skin removed 1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tsp Pepper, black 4 C Chicken Stock-Kitchen Basics, 2 C Water1 tsp Mrs Dash Original
Directions
Melt butter in large pot
Add onion mixture and brown slightly
Add chicken and vegetable broth, chicken, carrots, basil, oregano and pepper
Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is done
