4 thin sliced chicken breasts, or 2 cut in half length-ways.1tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp olive oil1tbsp water1 tbsp Greek herbs4 hard rolls1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
Combine lemon juice, water, herbs and oil in a zip lock bag, or dish with secure lid. Add the chicken and mix until all meat is coated, and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile cut rolls in half and chop the lettuce. Heat a griddle pan to high heat, and grill chick for a few minutes on each side until cooked through. Put chicken and lettuce into roll.
