Ingredients
1 onion, finely diced2 tsp olive oil2 tbsp mustard1 tbsp all purpose flour1/2 cup cream1/2 bouillon cube300 g raw chicken breast, skin removed2 cups canned mushrooms, drained
Directions
Add the olive oil to pan; fry the onions until translucent and tender. In the meantime, slice the chicken in thin strips, add salt and pepper and mustard, mix well. Add to pan and fry until no more pink. Dust with the flower, cook for a minute longer. Add the cream and the bouillon cube. Add the mushrooms. Stir well and boil for a couple of minutes until the mixture is thickened. Serve over wide egg noodles or rice. Serves 4.
